    • We now accept credit card payments. Or print the request form and pay by check or money order.
    • You may combine up to 10 records from different databases and record request forms in a single order.

Our World War I "unofficial" service records are accounts of the dates and places of New Jersey solders' military service during the U.S. involvement in World War I, April 6, 1917 through November 11, 1918. These are typed records (slips) created by the Adujtant General's Office, and known to exist only on microfilm.

For a $5.00 fee, we will search for a service record and provide a copy from the microfilm. This fee includes copies up to 10 pages, although typical records are no more than 2 pages. Additional pages will be billed at $1.00 per page.

Fees are non-refundable regardless of whether the record requested is found.
